The amount of rent you pay is based on a percentage of income. Centrelink rent assistance benefits apply.
What does “Supported” Accommodation mean?
Supported Accommodation means that as well as being provided with a house to live in, your family has access to a support worker. A support worker will have contact with your family on a regular basis as part of your tenancy agreement.

People may apply in person or over the telephone on (07) 3865 2880. We also accept referrals from other agencies.
How Applications for Accommodation Are Processed
We do not have a waiting list. We use the Queensland Homelessness Information Platform (QHIP). Offers of housing are made on a priority basis, according to a family’s circumstances and suitability to a property at the time a vacancy occurs. Applicants may be referred to a vancancy with another accommodation program through QHIP.
